Position Summary:
The Order Entry Representative partners with field Sales to enable purchases of Cadwell products. Expected to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is primarily remote and will work East Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities:

- Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries and orders from customers, and from the field
- Process orders and changes in accordance with procedures
- Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and co-workers
- Stay current on Cadwell products and software, and proficient on use of internal systems
- Provide backup assistance to receptionist as needed
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Education / Experience:
- Associate degree in related field, or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or other relevant experience required
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Pleasant, positive, patient, and helpful customer service skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and writing skills
- Strong business math skills; read and interpret data and reports
- Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications
- Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
- Must develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how they are used by clinicians, and know what questions to ask in order to be effective in assisting customers
- Critical success criteria include attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision and 2-way written/verbal communication. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.

- Work assigned shifts to cover department hours, with shifts beginning at 7:30 a.m. EST. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
