Provide medication dispensing, IV/TPN admixture preparation, controlled substance management, and clinical medication review. Counsel patients and families, provide drug information to physicians and staff, document interventions, follow pharmacy policies and laws, assist training, and attend continuing education. Night shift (3rd shift) position on a 7-on/7-off schedule.

- Completes documentation with accuracy on a timely basis.
- Uses Pharmacy department policy and procedures as guidance
- Demonstrates awareness of state and federal laws related to the practice of pharmacy. Engages in Collaborative Relationships:
- Uses appropriate and effective communication skills.
- Reports to work as scheduled and conforms to working hours.
- Utilizes time effectively to complete other duties and support peers and colleagues. Applies Principles of Leadership:

Skills Required
- Registered Pharmacist
- Bachelor's degree or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Current valid Florida Pharmacist license or intern permit
- Ability to prepare IV, IVPB, TPN and specialty admixtures according to standards
- Experience handling and distributing controlled substances with appropriate records and stock management
- Ability to counsel patients of all ages and provide drug information to physicians and medical staff
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, department policies, and accurate documentation practices
- Availability to work night shift (3rd shift), schedule 7 on 7 off
