Position Summary
We are looking for a new Order Desk Administrator to join our team!
Role and Responsibilities
- Availability check of products in the system
- Entering and delivering of customer orders
- Financial status communication with customers and internally
- Regular communication with customers
- Expectations and forecasting
- Other SCM supporting activities
- Regular follow up and reporting
- Other administrational work
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in economics, procurement or supply chain preferred but not mandatory
- Proactive communication with other departments and customers
- Communication skills
- Overview of total process
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Precision
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge
- Good knowledge of IT system (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is an advantage
