As the Orchestration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing business performance in the Global Business Services (GBS) space. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining global reports, performing data quality checks, and supporting ad-hoc analyses. You should have a strong technical background in data visualization, SQL, and tools such as Alteryx. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and support strategic initiatives across the organization. What You Will Do:
Data Management and Analysis:
Utilize Power BI and ThoughtSpot to develop interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions
Perform data mining and modeling tasks using SQL and Python, uncovering hidden opportunities and providing insights into business performance
Conduct data quality checks and support day-to-day analytic needs
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through intuitive visualizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
Process Improvement and Automation:
Implement and manage analytic process improvements and automation using tools such as Alteryx
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and ThoughtSpot
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write queries, transform, blend, and manipulate data from databases
Experience with Alteryx, or similar tools, for analytic process improvement and automation is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
