PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
- Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
- Deliver product presentations, and demonstrations, and provide post-sale technical support to healthcare clinicians.
- Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided.
- Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Attend dental trade shows and academia events to promote and sell products.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must live within the territory.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Dental, medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred.
- Ability to learn business systems (i.e. CRM software and other sales tools)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
TRAVEL/LOCATION:
- Laptop, iPad, iPhone and company car allowance provided.
- Qualified business expenses will be reimbursed.
- Eligible for incentive trip and other company sponsored promotional activities.
- Overnight Travel: Approximately 50%

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
