Mission:
As an Oracle Content Management Specialist, you will manage, optimize, and structure content within Oracle platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficient document workflows. This role is suited for someone with strong technical skills in enterprise content management, familiarity with Oracle CMS, and a thorough understanding of security, document structuring, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Solution Development:
- Design, implement, and develop enterprise portal applications using Oracle WebCenter Content, ADF, and Java technologies.
- Develop custom portlets, templates, and integrations to enhance functionality and align with client requirements.
- System Integration:
- Integrate Oracle WebCenter Content with Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and manage Oracle middleware solutions, including ATG and application servers.
- Security and Compliance:
- Define and implement security schemes using OAM (Oracle Access Manager) and OIM (Oracle Identity Manager).
- Ensure compliance with information rights management (IRM) standards through Oracle IRM.
- System Optimization and Upgrades:
- Migrate physical servers to virtualized environments (e.g., VMware).
- Perform system upgrades and troubleshoot WebCenter Content environments, resolving performance issues.
- Custom Development and Performance Improvements:
- Create and maintain Site Studio websites and custom components in Oracle UCM.
- Implement caching mechanisms and performance enhancements to optimize system reliability and speed.
- Documentation and Collaboration:
- Provide technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle WebCenter Content development and implementation.
- Proven track record of managing and supporting Oracle middleware, WebCenter, and application servers.
- Experience with integrations involving Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, and Oracle BPM.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ADF, Java, JSP, JSF, and iDocs for developing enterprise portal applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle UCM, Site Studio, and middleware architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Oracle IRM.
- Familiarity with VMware virtual environments and performance optimization techniques.
- Other Skills:
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Languages:
- Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Work Modality:
- Onsite position in Jardines del Ajusco, Tlalpan, CDMX.
