As a member of the Vonage Business Applications Engineering team, you’ll administer and configure internal systems, particularly focused on Oracle Cloud applications supporting Finance. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and end users to drive transformation in the Finance Organization.
Your key responsibilities:- Administer and support Oracle Cloud Suite and related business applications.
- Assist end users and technical teams with troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
- Configure, document, test, and deploy system updates following IT compliance standards.
- Execute data updates via established data management protocols.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate system changes and improvements.
- Stay current with application enhancements and recommend process optimizations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance application efficiency and performance for business users.
- 2+ years of experience working with or supporting Finance applications.
- Proficiency with Oracle ARCS, EPBCS, and Fusion Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the financial close cycle and financial statements.
- Experience in EPM technical configuration, including rules/calculation logic.
- Knowledge of ARCS/EPBCS integration with Oracle ERP and other source systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, and data integration tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Experience with Mulesoft and SmartView reporting.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and intercompany eliminations.
- Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Kanban.
