Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes.
Implement and support Oracle SCM modules in EBS and Fusion.
Configure and maintain SCM setups based on business needs.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, MD050, MD070.
Work with technical teams to develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
Support data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud where applicable.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Provide production support and issue resolution for SCM modules.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Train end users and prepare user manuals and process documentation.
