About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hospitality Consultant to lead and support Oracle Hospitality solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle MICROS Simphony POS, OPERA PMS, Salesforce Loyalty integrations, and hospitality technology transformations. The role will involve solution design, functional consulting, system integration, and client engagement across hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for hospitality and loyalty solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle MICROS Simphony POS, OPERA PMS, Salesforce Loyalty, and MuleSoft platforms.
- Configure and support loyalty member lookup, transaction posting, points redemption, and rewards redemption workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Provide functional and process guidance to hospitality clients and operational teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Oracle Hospitality products, specifically Simphony POS and OPERA PMS.
- Strong understanding of POS operations, loyalty programs, and hospitality business processes.
- Experience working with API integrations, web services, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty or customer loyalty solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality technology environments.
- Exposure to cloud integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Oracle Hospitality certifications are a plus.
