Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support business operations, strategic initiatives, and process improvement efforts that help achieve business goals. In this role, you will analyze business and compliance metrics, identify opportunities to improve processes, manage risk, and support the execution of key priorities. Working with leaders and partners across the organization, you will help drive operational excellence, enhance business performance, and deliver meaningful results. In this role, you will:
- Lead and contribute to moderately complex business operations and initiatives that support defined business goals and execution outcomes
- Identify process improvement and risk management opportunities through root cause analysis of compliance, operational, and performance metrics
- Evaluate areas of strength and opportunity within a defined scope and help develop strategies, action plans, and effective processes aligned with performance and policy expectations
- Apply independent judgment to address moderately complex business challenges and guide medium-risk deliverables
- Present and support recommendations to improve business performance, support functions, and risk management practices, including monitoring their effectiveness
- Work independently to provide subject matter guidance across support functions within a single business group or line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management to align priorities, resolve issues, and support decision-making
- Provide project or workstream leadership, including direction and feedback to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff, without formal people-management responsibility
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience supporting business execution, operational excellence, process improvement, or strategic initiatives within a complex organization.
- Ability to analyze business, operational, and compliance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build effective partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
- Experience in the financial services industry, risk management, governance, or business operations environment.
