Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts for MuleSoft consulting, implementation, support, and managed services. Manage the full sales lifecycle, build relationships with senior technology and business stakeholders, identify integration challenges, develop account strategies, coordinate with presales and delivery teams, maintain CRM pipeline forecasts, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires consultative enterprise IT services selling, MuleSoft and Salesforce ecosystem expertise, and experience positioning API-led connectivity and digital transformation solutions.

Leads enterprise Data and AI product strategy while hands-on designing data architecture, scalable platforms, AI agents, automation workflows, and governance frameworks. Builds and scales LLM- and ML-powered products, feedback loops, and responsible AI controls. Partners with engineering, data science, consulting, business, and technology vendor teams; presents roadmaps and business cases; mentors technical talent; and drives adoption, ROI, and measurable business impact.

Owns the full sales cycle for Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services, with a focus on acquiring retail and consumer-sector clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, C-suite engagement, solution positioning across Salesforce clouds and MuleSoft, co-selling with Salesforce teams, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. The role requires strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, quota achievement, relationship-building, and experience selling Salesforce, SaaS, or consulting services.

Partners with stakeholders to define data requirements and delivers trusted reporting, dashboards, and analysis using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and DAX. Builds data models, catalogs, KPI definitions, and governance standards; validates and migrates data from Azure Synapse and SQL Server. Analyzes trends, identifies root causes, communicates recommendations, and collaborates with data engineers to improve pipelines and analytics capabilities.

Performs end-to-end manual testing for web and application products, including functional, regression, integration, system, API, database, middleware, and payment gateway testing. Creates test cases and data, validates integrations and backend integrity, documents and verifies defects, supports root-cause analysis and triage, validates fixes, and participates in sprint planning, requirements reviews, test planning, releases, and QA process improvement.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery teams. Coordinate requirements, technical design, customization, data migration, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live support. Engage stakeholders across finance, manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and procurement while ensuring delivery quality through Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Designs and maintains Playwright and JavaScript automation frameworks for UI, end-to-end, integration, functional, regression, and smoke testing. Validates REST APIs, troubleshoots defects, contributes QA input during Agile planning, and integrates automated suites into CI/CD pipelines. The role also maintains test documentation and collaborates with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure quality across enterprise applications.

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, including AL extensions, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements. Collaborate with delivery managers, application managers, and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, UAT support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Provide Level 3 technical support, resolve production issues, and recommend long-term improvements.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, AL development, Finance module configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live. Design scalable extensions and customizations, guide developers, review code, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the technical client contact. Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders while supporting post-go-live delivery.

Own and scale secure, reliable, cost-optimized GCP infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. Design Terraform-based landing zones, manage GKE and containerized workloads, maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement networking and security controls, support Vertex AI infrastructure, automate provisioning with Ansible, drive FinOps practices, and troubleshoot production infrastructure issues.

Owns functional solutions and delivery leadership for complex Salesforce transformation programs. Leads discovery, process design, workshops, Agile delivery, requirements, testing, deployment, adoption, and stakeholder alignment. Directs multidisciplinary teams and ensures business objectives translate into scalable Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Data 360, Agentforce, Loyalty, and Field Service.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms. Develop end-to-end pipelines, data models, SQL, PySpark, and DAX workloads; integrate Azure services; implement medallion architecture, governance, lineage, and CI/CD. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions, monitor and optimize workflows, manage costs, troubleshoot performance issues, and meet service-level agreements.

Develop and maintain AL extensions, APIs, integrations, and customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, support upgrades and migrations, optimize performance, conduct code reviews, and provide Level 3 production support. Collaborate with delivery managers, functional consultants, engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions, support UAT, troubleshoot defects, and deliver projects across client environments.

Develop and deploy cloud-native applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven serverless services on Google Cloud. Build with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, databases, containers, and secure authentication systems. Write tested, maintainable code, integrate CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance and costs, troubleshoot production issues, conduct reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers.

Designs end-to-end, scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions for retail businesses. Responsibilities include defining solution architectures, integration patterns, technical standards, roadmaps, architecture documentation, and retail platform integrations across eCommerce, POS, CRM, ERP, OMS, WMS, PIM, payments, and digital systems. The role provides technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, technology evaluation, and implementation support while ensuring security, governance, resilience, and performance.
