Exposure to additional Oracle HCM modules such as Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, and Absence Management is a strong plus.
This role requires a true techno-functional profile - someone who can gather requirements, design solutions, configure the application, and also build the underlying technical artifacts needed to support go-live and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements, with primary responsibility for Payroll and Time & Labor solutions.

- Configure, develop, and support Oracle HCM capabilities, including Payroll, Time & Labor, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, reporting, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Design and maintain reporting, analytics, data migration, and integration solutions using Oracle HCM tools, APIs, and related technologies.
- Provide production support, testing leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating across HR, IT, and vendor teams.
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least one full-cycle, end-to-end implementation of Payroll and Time & Labor, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support; strong expertise in configuring Payroll (elements, balances, payroll definitions, costing, and statutory setups) and Time & Labor (time entry rules, calculation cards, time categories, and approval rules), complemented by a deep understanding of Oracle HCM data models, security, and business process configuration.
- Proven experience developing and supporting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, reporting and analytics solutions, including OTBI and BI Publisher, to meet business, compliance, and integration requirements.
- Technical proficiency with HDL, HSDL, and related Oracle Cloud technologies, along with working knowledge of Agent Builder for intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a hands-on capacity while effectively partnering with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or related technologies.
- Experience designing and supporting payroll integrations with third-party providers (e.g., ADP), along with exposure to Oracle Cloud release management and testing cycles.
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules, including Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, and Absence Management,
- Technical experience working with SOAP/ Rest APIs and Unix Shell scripting.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Payroll, Time & Labor, or related modules.
