At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist to join our UniQue team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Assessing existing Business Objects reports impacted by the Oracle HR system implementation.
- Supporting users in testing, analysis, and implementation of reporting modules and reports.
- Documenting and defining data impacted by the new system.
- Specifying data quality controls and defining the enterprise conceptual data model.
- Gathering post-implementation feedback and documenting procedures and guidelines.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years of general IT experience.
- Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI and BI Publisher), SAP BusinessObjects.
- Deep knowledge of Power BI, Power Designer, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Data Governance concepts.
- Experience in analysis, testing, and producing written specifications/documentation.
- Understanding of banking business concepts, particularly in personnel data reporting.
- Excellent command of either English or French, both spoken and written, as well as at least a good working knowledge of the other language.
