Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations. Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Primary Modules- Core HR and Talent Management with hands-on experience in Redwood UI implementation

  • Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules.

  • Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration.

  • Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements.

  • Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth implementation.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding clients through design, configuration, and implementation phases.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across HCM modules.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, workflows, security, and extensions.

  • Validate technical components and support resolution of implementation issues.

  • Support clients during all testing phases and post‑deployment stabilization.

  • Develop end‑user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.

  • Conduct client demos and workshops, tailoring sessions to showcase value and address client needs.

  • Lead and contribute to RFP responses, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high‑quality proposals.

  • Oversee and manage offshore deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with project goals.

  • Lead discussions and demos with onshore teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective collaboration across global teams.

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly Global HR and Talent Management.

  • Hands‑on experience with Redwood UI.

  • Experience in workflows, security configurations, and OTBI reporting.

  • Proven experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in global, multi‑cultural environments.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile / Iterative delivery methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (HRMS) preferred.

  • Immediate joiners up to the Senior Associate level are preferred.
