Job DescriptionPOSITION: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust, scalable, and secure solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, business processes, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that our Oracle Fusion platform aligns with our strategic objectives and delivers maximum value to the organization.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Develop and maintain the overall solution architecture, ensuring it is aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Create and document detailed solution designs, including data models, integration points, and security configurations.
- Guide and oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Act as the technical advisor on Oracle Fusion projects, providing direction to implementation teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solution designs, and provide status updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to Oracle Fusion.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance for the Oracle Fusion platform.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion features and technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization. This includes AI and Redwood
- Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems (both on-premise and cloud-based).
What we expect from you:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role focused on Oracle applications within an international manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Deep expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion modules
Desired skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Oracle Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or business (or equivalent experience), MBA is a plus
