Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting at least one Oracle module (Finance, HCM, SCM, Projects, Procurement, Payroll). This role requires extensive technical skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation: Lead and contribute to at least two full ERP Oracle Cloud (Fusion) project implementations, ensuring successful delivery and integration.

Technical Development: Utilize strong Oracle technical skills, including PL/SQL and SQL, to build complex Oracle components, ensuring they meet business requirements.

Reporting: Develop and maintain BI Publisher Reports, FRS (Financial Reporting Studio) Reports, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports in the Oracle Cloud environment.

Database Structure: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the underlying Oracle database structure to support and enhance the Oracle ERP Cloud environment.

ADF and Web Services: Utilize experience in ADF (Application Development Framework) and Web Services within the Oracle Cloud environment to develop and integrate solutions.

System Integration: Integrate Oracle ERP with other systems using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and Web Services, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

Problem Solving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.

Process Optimization: Design and optimize business processes, ensuring integration across disparate systems and improving overall efficiency.

Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining close attention to cross-functional and downstream impacts.

Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and remotely in support of clients and business needs, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud development and support, with a focus on at least one module (Finance, HCM, SCM, Projects, Procurement, Payroll).
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher, FRS, OTBI, ADF, and Web Services.
- Experience in system integration using SOA and Web Services.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on detail and cross-functional impact.
