This is a remote position.
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud HCM product. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.
Responsibilities:
· Candidate should have Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud
· Should have 8 plus years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership
· Should have 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
· Should be Subject matter expertise within the HCM Data Domain with experience on Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security)
· Should have working knowledge of Agile best practices and experience in onsite–offshore project team models
Essential Skills:
· Should have experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/eText/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
· Should have experience in additional Reporting Tools : HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.
· Should have experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer.
· Should have experience in Fast Formulas,HCM Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
· Should have experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the personalization layer
Skills Required
- 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle development, implementation, design, delivery, and support

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
