We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide HCM transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong functional background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with expertise in implementing, optimizing, and supporting HR processes across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and drive successful project delivery. You will play a critical role in enhancing HR operations, improving user experience, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices through end-to-end implementation, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects across business functions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices to optimize HR processes and system capabilities.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules to support evolving business needs.
  • Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.
  • Support system setup, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Manage production support, issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
  • Provide business process consulting and advise stakeholders on HCM transformation initiatives.
  • Deliver user training sessions, knowledge transfer programs, and adoption support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data migration, and automation initiatives.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements using HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, Fast Formula, and integration tools.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with at least 5+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Time & Labor, Payroll, and Compensation modules.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes, workforce lifecycle management, talent acquisition, and employee experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle integrations, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Redwood UI and modern Oracle HCM user experiences.
  • Exposure to AI-driven HR solutions, automation, and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business users, HR teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • A solution-oriented professional with a passion for delivering scalable, efficient, and business-focused HCM solutions.
