We are currently seeking a Financial Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. This role supports our existing Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) Financials environment while playing a key role in an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Cloud EPM transformation currently in early design stages.
**This is a fully remote position available in the US OR Canada with a preference for a first shift work time starting between 7AM and 9AM CST. **
Role Overview
This role is responsible for business systems analysis, requirements definition, and solution design for Toppan Merrill’s cloud‑based financial systems. The analyst partners closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure financial system solutions align with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting needs.
What You’ll Do
- Apply expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (and Oracle EBS where applicable) to deliver scalable, cloud‑based financial solutions
- Support and enhance Oracle ERP financial application modules, interfaces, and related systems
- Partner directly with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate accounting needs into system designs and configurations
- Lead functional design activities including configuration, module setup, testing, and production support
- Drive business simplification and automation through effective use of cloud ERP capabilities
- Lead and contribute to current‑state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and define future‑state solutions
- Define and document business process and system requirements
- Prepare detailed functional documentation and specifications
- Provide direction on design decisions and financial system functionality
- Coordinate and manage user change requests and enhancement initiatives through on‑time delivery
- Serve as a functional lead for financial systems initiatives, ensuring alignment with accounting processes, close activities, and controls
About You
- Strong accounting background required, with a clear understanding of how ERP systems support core accounting, cash, and revenue processes
- Solid understanding of how Oracle Financials modules work together in an integrated financial environment
- Comfortable engaging with Accounting, Finance leadership, and cross‑functional partners
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to work productively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with workload, priorities, and schedule changes when needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials
- Oracle EBS and PL/SQL experience preferred.
- Experience supporting financial systems in accounting‑driven, close and audit sensitive environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead analysis efforts and guide stakeholders through complex initiatives
