Job Description:
Looking for Strong resource that has excellent communication skills. Experience with working within a business and providing guidance.
Finance Support
 

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion – all financial scopes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, ARCS, expense reporting, cost and inventory, consolidation, period end close, foreign exchange.
  • Ideally experienced with multiple legal entities across multiple countries
  • Comfortable sharing best practices and ideas for improving current processes.
  • Experience with FRC reporting / building reports.
  • Knows how to use the Excel add-in because we do not so need guidance on this.
  • Intercompany accounting functionality experience a plus, Period 13 experience nice


Candidates can do both configurations of Fusion and support. Current Oracle Fusion implementation has no customizations at all. They are trying to implement Fusion in China but running into issues
Client’s goals with this project:
#1 Finance support (because we have already noticed the incumbent)
#2 would be someone better suited to support the balance of implementation work required for the China team – this should be a copy paste from the US instance, with potentially language modifications, and an interface from their PLM vs ours (we currently use Propel)
 

  • Technical / configuration expertise
  • Comfortable with “out of the box” implementation (enforcing zero customization)
  • User access


While initially we would use the individual for implementation, once complete, the role would still be utilized for technical support and all enhancements, updates, Patch maintenance, etc.
#3 Operations support-Manufacturing
 

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion – manufacturing environment, multiple locations, production planning
  • Order management, SCM experience a plus
  • VERY comfortable sharing best practices and willing to help drive process improvement in areas of inventory management, production lifecycle, warehouse management
  • Able to help team scale successfully for real world (right now we live one battery at a time – we will produce on high speed lines and send them to customers hundreds at a time – so one by one doesn’t quite cut it)
  • Understands how to speak business vs IT will be very important given the business is very green when it comes to the processes they physically perform AND the system they use – I believe they rely on the incumbent to DO much more than an IT resource should do (we talked about support team IN production)
  • FRC reporting experience a plus
