Vivicta is growing its Oracle practice in Finland, and we are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Nordic clients on finance transformation initiatives, playing a key role in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM advisory and delivery programs that leverage automation, digital innovation, and AI-driven capabilities.

As an Oracle Fusion EPM Senior Consultant, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering enterprise performance management solutions. The work combines hands-on implementation, client advisory, and collaboration across ERP, data, and AI teams to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM advisory, design, and implementation projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on finance transformation, planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance management
• Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery excellence
• Design models, calculations, business rules, and data integrations in Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, demos, and client presentations
• Collaborate with ERP, data, and AI teams on end-to-end transformation programs
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability growth in Finland

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM solutions
• Participation in at least one end-to-end planning or consolidation implementation
• Proven background in finance transformation and EPM processes
• Hands-on experience in model design, calculations, business rules, and data integrations
• Experience in client-facing advisory and project delivery roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Finnish is mandatory
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Based in Finland
