Sutherland is seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud with a strong background in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R) processes. The ideal candidate will work within Sutherland to analyse our US based client's Oracle Fusion setup, identify areas for optimization, and collaborate with both the client and internal teams to implement improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud’s financial modules, process automation, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of the client’s Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities, aligning with both client objectives.
• Prioritize and develop a roadmap for key interventions, ensuring seamless implementation with minimal business disruption.
• Work closely with client’s Oracle implementation partner to guide them through implementation, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with Sutherland’s internal teams to monitor, measure & report efficiencies realised through automation and enhanced Oracle functionalities.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, prepare presentations, and provide recommendations on optimizing Oracle Fusion features.
• Monitor project execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of identified improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud enhancements and recommend relevant updates to the client.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud with a focus on F&A modules (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion functionalities such as:
  • Accounts Payable: Workflow optimization, Supplier Portal, One-time supplier functionality, Oracle IDR improvement.
  • Accounts Receivable: Auto cash rate optimization, Advanced Collections Cloud Service, Auto-lockbox functionality.
  • Record to Report: Recurring journal entries, Auto-reversal feature, Currency Translation & Forex Revaluation.
• Techno-functional expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion F&A processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process analysis experience.
• Ability to drive process automation and leverage Oracle Fusion capabilities for efficiency gains.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, providing consultative recommendations and implementing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus.
