Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and effective support for end-users and developing to maintain a helpdesk or support ticket system.
2. Familiar with AIM/OUM Methodology in business processes.
3. Lead the technical team to meet deliverables and manage stakeholders
4. Efficiently resolve daily issues with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
5. Expert in R12 Oracle Apps Financials (General Ledger, Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & EB-Tax)
6. Experience in data conversions, interfaces, customizations and guide technical consultant for any required information.
7. Coordinate with End Users, Technical Team & DBA Team
8. Preparing Documentation related to functional consultant, Team Disburse & Client Disburse. (E.g. MD-50, BR-100...)
9. Maintain project documentation and reduce manual data entry
10. Provide user training, support, and Adoption in Project
11. Take a follow-up for service request
