Position Summary
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Systems Coordinator who will have the overall responsibility for working in a high performing team and you will be part of the R&D international organization. Alongside peers you will always try to reach the next level. Get ready for exposure to internal senior stakeholders but as well working together with X functional Teams. This role is that you'll be part of the R&D responsible to implement the R&D Strategy and deliver MEA goals and objectives for any product within MEA.
Position Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all systems related activities within MEA
  • Representing R&D in Global forums for any management systems
  • Responsible for data Quality and ensuring all R&D organization commitment to providing correct data on systems
  • Act as the spoke for R&D in terms of systems management
  • Manage all specifications related systems
  • Responsible for managing all data input and management on the various systems like HIVE, Agile, Atlas
  • Lead internal Auditing to ensure KPIs delivery related to R&D data Quality and record keeping


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology OR General Science Degree
  • Work Experience: 0-3 years in FMCG - Food Manufacturing
  • Language Knowledge: Proficient English


Technical Skills

  • Technical and professional curiosity: desire to learn new things, share knowledge and best practices
  • Knowing key product characteristics, analytical methods, organoleptic attributes
  • Hygienic Design, Thermal validation, Cleaning validation, CIP optimization, HACCP.
  • Mixing & Dosing, Homogenization, Emulsification, Pump and Fluid Transport.


Soft Skills

  • Analytical and has attention to details
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills
