We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle EBS Functional Specialist with knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite solutions, particularly with Order Management and Discrete Manufacturing functionality to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, managing, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions to optimize global processes. This role requires a combination of techno-functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in Oracle EBS R12.2.11 deployments, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, including workflows, process flows, and system integration points, to guide developers in implementing solutions effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS Order Management and Discrete Manufacturing applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot system errors, and implement enhancements.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Ensuring all system development and change control methodologies and compliance processes are understood and followed
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Accountable for the support delivered through 3rd parties
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within ERP Systems
Experience working as an ERP Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on implementing and supporting ERP solutions for manufacturing and order management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with any of these Oracle EBS Modules/Cloud Functionality - Order management, Enterprise Asset Management, Manufacturing; Solid understanding of the functionality and process flows for these areas
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, integration and support.
- Experience coordinating end-to-end project activities, including scope definition, requirements planning, scheduling, and resource alignment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast passed or evolving environments.
Location
This will be hybrid role with a 3 day in office expectation here at our Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA. There is potential for up to 15% domestic travel.
Salary range: $95 – 115k/year approximation (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
