Oracle EBS Cloud Functional Analyst

As an Oracle EBS Cloud Functional Analyst, you help manage financial accounts in accordance with the organization's objectives by producing reports, performing audits, inspections and financial simulations, and analyzing financial risks, losses and profits. You contribute to the financial performance, planning and reviewing of budget processes. You help manage and monitor the organization's accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect the organization's economic activity. You assist with product and service pricing and financial engineering, financial market transactions, and tax law analysis (including payroll). More specifically, you will be required to: 

• Analyze client needs

• Collaborate on the detailed design of solutions

• Cocreate with business partners to define needs and manage backlogs

• Work with the product owner and project team to define functional specifications and exceptions

• Advise and guide the development team and product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture

• Help define and guide scopes (stories, releases, sprints, projects, tests)

• Work with the architect to develop functional testing strategies

• Define and run automated and/or manual tests within your scope (specific cases/exceptions), with a focus on the end-to-end process

• Prepare or update required documentation

• Oversee the implementation and management of incidents and complex issues under your responsibility.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support department in a business environment

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience using Oracle EBS Cloud applications

• Experience with task management and/or project management

• Knowledge of French is required

• Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients 

• Knowledge of MS Office as well as ServiceNow and MOS/Oracle ticketing systems
