The Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle CX Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) suite and will work closely with clients to implement and optimize Oracle CX solutions to meet their business needs.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Consulting & Implementation: Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations on Oracle CX solutions. Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle CX applications. 
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle CX modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to align with business processes and requirements.  
  • Business Process Mapping: Analyze current business processes and provide solutions leveraging Oracle CX capabilities to streamline and optimize workflows.  
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute testing scenarios, resolve issues, and ensure the quality of the solutions delivered. 
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, business requirements, and configuration guides. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business users to ensure project success. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Oracle CX product updates and industry best practices. Recommend system enhancements and improvements. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent 
  • Understanding of Core HR business process 
  • Strong business analyst and functional skills in respected areas above 
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CX (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). 
  • Functional Expertise: Solid understanding of the Oracle CX suite, including configuration, setup, and business process implementation. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SQL and data integration principles, and ability to understand and communicate technical solutions. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements for the Oracle CX platform. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Certifications: Oracle CX functional certification (preferred). 
  • A proactive attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business value delivery. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in English language 

Additional Skills (Nice to Have): 

  • Integration Experience: Knowledge of integrating Oracle CX with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, etc.). 
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). 
  • Technical Skills: Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based integrations.  
  • Experience with Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX) is considered as an advantage. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries (e.g., retail, telecommunications, finance) would be a plus.
