Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall SCM/ERP experience, with significant focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete/Process), Cost Management, and Inventory Management modules.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Minimum 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (design through hypercare/go-live support).
  • Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems (e.g., real-time work order status updates, material consumption, quality data exchange, machine/IoT data feeds).
  • Working knowledge of MES integration concepts — understanding of how Oracle Fusion interfaces with shop-floor/MES platforms (e.g., work order dispatch, operation transactions, resource/machine data, quality results).
  • Exposure to custom development/integration tools: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI.
  • Knowledge of related upstream/downstream modules — Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models is preferred..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Quality) to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
