We are currently looking for a "Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Consultant" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
The duration of the contract duration is 6 months, with possible extension. The contract could be proposed onsite or full remote from EU country.
Responsibilities:
As a Compensation expert, you will focus on design, configuration and optimisation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation module:
Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM Compensation
Liaise with HR stakeholders, business owners and IT teams to translate compensation policies into system configurations
Configure and maintain Compensation cycles (merit increases, bonuses, stock plans if relevant)
Manage:
- Salary review processes
- Eligibility rules
- Budgets and guidelines
- Worksheets configuration
Ensure full alignment between reward strategy and system setup
Support post go-live activities:
- Troubleshooting complex issues
- Managing change requests
- Implementing enhancements
Perform advanced configuration in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation:
- Compensation plans & components
- Workforce compensation structures
- Fast formulas (eligibility, calculations, validations)
- Approval workflows
Collaborate on integrations and data consistency (Core HR ↔ Compensation)
Conduct UAT testing, validate fixes and ensure data integrity
Provide documentation (user guides, configuration documents)
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to HR and key users
Profile:
- English
- Experience with HDL / data loading for compensation data
- Exposure to integrations between HCM modules
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation module
- Experience as:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
- OR Compensation Specialist on Oracle Cloud
- Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
- Solid understanding of:
- Core HR data model (assignments, grades, jobs, salary basis)
- Fast formulas related to compensation
- Core HR data model (assignments, grades, jobs, salary basis)
- Proven experience in:
- Compensation cycles implementation
- Salary & bonus review processes
- Budget management configuration

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Security (areas of responsibility, job and data security roles, access audit)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR (workforce structures, assignments, flex-fields, journeys, Document of Records)
- Experience with mass uploads and automation (HDL, spreadsheet loaders)
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems (PeopleSoft HCM, hire/back-feed integrations, SailPoint, Document Management Systems)
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM products (HCM Communicate, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Guided Learning)
- Experience as Oracle Cloud HCM Implementor or System Administrator
- Very good communication skills in English
- Excellent teamwork, problem solving and resilience
