What you will do to contribute to the company's success
- Research issues by recreating in non-prod, working with users to find out specific steps taken and error messages received.
- Review tickets and assign out as appropriate. Hold weekly or bi-weekly ticket review meetings with users.
- Gather requirements for new enhancement requests
- Develop customer solutions using Oracle's analytics offerings: Fusion OTBI, SQL, FRS
- Partner with application owners and stakeholders to design and query data for analytical purposes, research, and audits.
- Ability to translate business requirements and design into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and with onshore / offshore service providers
- Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Superb attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills with concern for quality and deadlines.
- Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience.
