Kick-start your career in Oracle consulting through this entry-level role, client-facing role designed for recent graduates. As an Oracle Associate Consultant, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation projects for clients across various industries.
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to business processes, system configuration, testing, reporting, and client collaboration.
This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn modern cloud ERP technologies and are interested in building a career in ERP consulting, finance technology, and cloud applications. Recent graduates (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Learn and assist with modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting;
Assist in understanding client business processes and mapping them to Oracle Cloud ERP functionality;
Support basic system configuration and documentation activities;
Business Analysis & Documentation:
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and business workshops;
Help prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration workbooks;
Assist in documenting business requirements and tracking project tasks;
Learn to identify process gaps and escalate issues to senior team members.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Support creation and execution of test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
Document test results, assist with issue tracking, and participate in cutover and go-live support activities.
Reporting & Data Validation:
Assist with report validation and data reconciliation activities;
Support reporting and analytics tasks using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, or Excel;
Help validate financial and transactional data during testing phases.
Team & Client Collaboration:
Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and project managers;
Participate in meetings and status discussions.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, Economics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Eagerness to learn cloud ERP systems and business processes;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Extra edge
Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts;
Internship, academic project, or coursework related to ERP, finance, or business systems;
Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.;
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools;
Familiarity with software testing or business process documentation;
Interest in pursuing Oracle Cloud certifications.
