Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Should have a total 12+ years of deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS and Oracle Cloud ERP offerings.
• Should have a good knowledge on Cloud HCM domain such as Core HR, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits and Cloud ERP domain such as General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets
• Must have played a role of Presales Solutioning Architect, providing Solutions for customers
• Designing and implement solutions for multiple industry using Oracle SaaS Cloud and PaaS Cloud
• Must have performed Cost / Price estimations / Licensing and provide Strategic and Tactical Solutions for customer’ RFP/RFI
• Oracle Cloud HCM / ERP Functional/Technical knowledge
• Advising Customers about IT architecture and their respective Oracle product components
• Should possess excellent Communication and presentation skills to interact with Customer's CxO teams and Procurement teams
• Develop USPs/Value Additions for the Oracle Cloud service offering sales.
