General Purpose:

We seek a highly motivated Oracle Application Developer with a strong understanding of seeded Oracle R11 and R12 functionalities, process flows, design, development, and delivery of business solutions using Oracle technologies.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Design, extend and support Oracle Application. Apply knowledge of business/functional requirements and systems technology to effectively develop solutions and support Oracle applications across the enterprise. Identify gaps, design, and deploy process and technology solutions to support the operational requirements and/or strategic initiatives. Develop technical specifications, assist with configuration of applications, develop extensions, integrations, reports and workflows.
• Translate business/functional requirements into technology solutions. Clearly define and communicate targeted technical solutions via technical design specifications. Lead iterative solution design and prototyping efforts. Create system and end-user documentation to support new system implementation, incident management and enhancement implementation. Transfer knowledge to other team members as required.
• Develop and test software components which are part of the Oracle E-Business Suite and other custom systems.
• Effectively present technical concepts and issues to both technical and functional team members.
• Work closely with peers and user groups to ensure on-time execution of all deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day production support and off hours support as required.
• Work is performed independently with minimal direction.
• Conduct software evaluations, provide technical analysis and implement systems to meet the company’s IS goals
• Coordinate all aspects of information systems projects, planning, design, implementation, and management.
• Knowledge of data warehouse is a plus.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 3+ years experience of implementing Oracle Supply Chain modules and developing applications using moderately complex PL/SQL procedures and packages
• Understanding of Oracle AIMS methodology and conversant with BR100, MD50, MD70 and test script document preparation and review. Knowledge of UPK application is highly preferred.
• Understanding and experience working with Oracle EBS open interfaces/APIs
• Oracle Applications eBusiness Suite 12.1.3 (EBS) including Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Application Framework, JDeveloper with OA extension, Oracle Data Integrator.
• Must be self-motivated, have a strong team orientation, and be able to learn quickly
• Project Management and good organization skills
• Strong knowledge of Oracle tools (TOAD, SQLPlus)

    Skills Required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
    • 3+ years implementing Oracle Supply Chain modules
