We are currently seeking an Optometrist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Optometrist at ICON, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality eye care services and supporting clinical research related to vision health. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose visual conditions, and contribute to clinical studies aimed at improving eye care treatments and therapies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting comprehensive eye exams to assess vision health, diagnose visual impairments, and detect eye diseases.
- Prescribing corrective lenses or treatments based on individual patient needs and clinical study protocols.
- Collaborating with clinical research teams to provide expertise on vision-related aspects of clinical trials.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory and study requirements.
- Educating patients and participants on eye care practices, treatment options, and preventive measures for maintaining eye health.
Your Profile:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice optometry in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in conducting eye exams and diagnosing a range of visual conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and research teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
