  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and enterprise partners, ensuring the successful implementation of maintenance and technical initiatives.

Position Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines) or equivalent experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of submarine systems, including nuclear reactor plants, hydraulic, pneumatic, structural, electrical, and electronic components. Experience in the submarine enterprise or related industries (e.g., aerospace, oil and gas) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical issues by systematically analysing maintenance challenges and system inefficiencies. Experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimise maintenance processes.
  • Experience in delivering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
