Optima Solutions Site Supervisor

The Optima Solutions Site Supervisor is a key customer facing leader

responsible for overseeing all PPG activities at one or more client sites. This role ensures operational excellence while aligning closely with the Optima Solutions organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for action as technical service and managing technical services team for onsite service activity which includes problem solving and new project launch. Key person to communicate between customer and company.
• Directly response to increasing new project and coordination both customer and company to success the new project.
• Key goal is growth and sustainability of business.
• Working with all area of Vietnam industrial area.
• Direct report to Sout east Asia Service leader.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience for Pre-treatment, E-coat and Topcoat with 2 years of experience in managerial role.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field
• Language proficiency in English and Vietnam
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience to working with automotive or relate business.
• Knowledge and ability to resolve PT, ED and Topcoat problem.
