Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner
Work with internal LFS stakeholders to create an exceptional customer service experience
Manage account/customer expectations
Work with internal and external customers on Corrective and Preventative Actions
Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
Manage appointed accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate sea/air freight shipments and transport arrangement
Book service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipment
Prepare billings
Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
Processing of Air & Sea – Import / Export documentations (Full-cycle) Billings / Invoicing.
Assist with cross departmental projects when necessary
Light office maintenance
General operational administrative duties including data entry, filling, and scanning.
Perform other required duties, as assigned by direct superiors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Freight Forwarding operations, in a similar role with Import/Export experience an advantage
Must possess at least ‘O’ level, professional certificate/NiTEC/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/graduate Diploma in any field
Possess of valid Class 3 driving license, DG certified and Cargowise will be an added advantage
Excellent written / verbal English
Proficient with MS office applications
