In this role, you will:
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either our fulfillment teams or our warehouse and Specialty print departments.
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- Coordinate projects
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Operate forklift equipment
- Perform picking task by use of RF device
- 1+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge of warehouse software systems such as Oracle and Warehouse Management System (WMS), in order to perform picking tasks
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skill
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience performing moderately dexterous tasks, such as picking product and packing, repeatedly
- Previous work in a general warehouse/fulfillment setting, working under supervision, performing tasks such as picking, shipping, and loading and unloading trailers, moving materials using manual pallet jacks and powered forklift equipment.
- Experience with manually processing FedEx Shipments through Pitney Suite.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- The position requires walking and standing for extended periods of time and pushing/pulling pallets of carts.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp repeatedly during an 8-hour shift
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment i.e. warehouse
- Ability to obtain certification and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order selectors
