Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency.

How you will create an impact

• Maintain required availability to answer and accurately service requests in an electronic work queue.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its external law firms.
• Ensure customer needs/requests are resolved promptly and completely.
• Maintain regular communication to address any concerns, updates, or issues.
• Obtain necessary information via research of internal systems or request from external sources via email
• Escalate problematic or sensitive issues/matters to Management.
• Document accurate and timely information and facts, as well as status of data requests.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Holder of a Bachelor’s / College Degree.
• Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of insurance policies, terminologies, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced/time-sensitive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
