- Monitor and manage network infrastructure environments.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and security-related issues.
- Support infrastructure implementation and change activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets using ServiceNow.
- Produce, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Create and update network diagrams, data center layouts, and logical/physical topology documentation using Microsoft Visio.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service continuity and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure the proper operation and availability of network and security services.
- Perform first and second-level troubleshooting of network incidents.
- Support firewall policy implementation and VPN connectivity management.
- Participate in change management activities according to ITIL processes.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and infrastructure optimization projects.
- Escalate critical issues when required and support resolution activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal security standards and operational procedures.
- Experience of at least 1-3 years in a Network Engineer or similar infrastructure role.
- Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
- Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of:
- TCP/IP
- Routing and Switching
- VLANs
- DNS, DHCP, NAT
- Basic BGP knowledge
- Enterprise networking concepts
- Knowledge of network security concepts:
- Firewall policy management
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs

- Check Point Firewalls
- Palo Alto Networks Firewalls
