Účel pracovního místa:
Zajištění bezvadného chodu výrobních zařízení za současného dodržování platných výrobních předpisů, předpisů kvality, plnění produktivity a v souladu s požadavky BOZP.
Hlavní úkoly a zodpovědnosti:
- Zodpovídá za používání osobních ochranných pracovních pomůcek (OOPP), dodržuje předpisy bezpečnosti práce, předchází vzniku pracovních úrazů a aktivně se podílí na eliminaci bezpečnostních rizik při práci.
- Pracuje v souladu s ODS a kontrolním plánem.
- Pracuje v souladu s dodržováním předpisů kvality.
- Aktivně se podílí na minimalizaci vzniku šrotu.
- Aktivně se zapojuje do činnosti týmu HPT, jako tzv. "Star point", ve své oblasti jedná tak, aby byly splněny cíle, za které je zodpovědný, aktivně se účastní pravidelných schůzek HPT, podílí se na zaškolení nových členů.
- Dodržuje metody 5S, zajišťuje čistotu a pořádek na pracovišti.
- Provádí základní denní údržbu zařízení dle systému TPM.
- Udržuje stroje a zařízení v dobrém stavu.
Potřebné znalosti:
- znalost výrobních postupů a kvality výrobků;
- schopnost práce v týmu a komunikace.

- zaškolení na pracovišti;
- znalost ODS předpisů a kontrolního plánu pro pracovní místo;
- certifikace na pracovní pozici;
- certifikace "Star Point" v rámci HPT;
- proškolení v oblasti BOZP, ochrany životního prostředí, metody 5S a provádění TPM aktivit.
