Job Description The Global Technology (GT) organization within JPMC is committed to delivering market-leading technology capabilities with speed for our customers in a secure, stable and scalable way. To achieve this mission, the organization needs to continuously evolve and adapt. This requires frequent change to the way our technology employees work, think, and how they deliver value to our customers. The GT Change Strategy and Transformation team exists to help ensure success of major transformation efforts by facilitating these changes quickly and effectively utilizing organizational change management techniques.
We are looking for a strong associate to join this dynamic and ambitious team. They will work on a project-basis, with each project extending anywhere from 6-18 months at any given time. The associate will collaborate with the engagement lead and team members to conduct the following activities for each project:

  • Liaise with business partners to help articulate the future state of change to the employee audience (recipients of the change)
  • Conduct impact assessments and align personas to each stakeholder/audience group
  • Define a robust engagement plan comprised of creative and multi-faceted change activities that support progression towards the future state
  • Outline and monitor success measures for the transformation and adjust the strategy and engagement plan as necessary
  • Deliver the initial implementation of select change activities within the engagement plan
  • Equip our business partners with the skills and tools they need to maintain the change strategy and engagement plan over time


The role will be based in Plano, TX. Travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a large fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with past experience in supporting large projects / programs
  • Aptitude to identify, gather, and analyze relevant data to capture key themes and drive decision making
  • Experience in authoring presentations at various audience levels including for senior leaders
  • Ability to leverage resources and adjust to constraints outside of direct control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with others to deliver

Advanced skills with the standard MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

About the Team The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters.
