Wholesale Operations Manager

Reporting into the Senior Director of Operations, this role will be responsible for managing the supply chain partnerships for our wholesale business. They will leverage customer, sales and inventory data to ensure timely and accurate production and replenishment of product to wholesale partners. The Wholesale Manager will ensure we deliver high quality products that align with our brand and meet our wholesale partners’ expectations. The successful candidate will enjoy “rolling up their sleeves” to make an impact and deliver results resourcefully.
Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting of wholesale purchase orders
- Manages relationships with wholesale supply chain and operations partners
- Works closely with our inhouse and 3rd party fulfillment centers to ensure they have everything they need to prepare orders for shipment to each retailer
- Responsible for optimizing fulfillment, ensuring that sales are maximized through 100% in-stock store inventory
- Works closely with external vendors to ensure that any in-store display maintenance is performed in a timely manner and that any necessary components are always on hand
- Manages inventory statuses and creates best-in-class process for replenishment orders
- Manages KPIs successfully, including but not limited to fill rate, on time shipping, damages, returns and sales velocity
- Identifies opportunities to streamline operations and process improvements
- Communicates professionally and effectively through all mediums with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years experience in an Operations team required
- Experience working with one or more big box consumer goods retailers required
- Knowledge of EDI processing required
- Bachelor’s Degree or experience in a relevant field preferred
- Supply Chain related certifications a plus
- Comfortable working in a fluid environment, managing fluctuating priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive internal & external decisions
