In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for advising dozens of leaders accountable for delivering consequential business results. Position Description and Key Responsibilities:

In partnership with others, the VP, Strategy Realization is responsible for realizing the value defined in the strategic plan. This work will require you to:

  • Build organizational commitment to changes through change management practices. This is done through a beautiful, highly effective partnership with our McKesson Org & Change CoE. They are an extension of our team and bring the methodology, tools, and expertise to bear on the work. With our colleagues on the communications team, we'll make sure all the right people know how we're improving CMM.
  • Optimize the employee and customer experience via "limited-view" portfolio management. We aren't air traffic controllers, but we are experience designers. It's our role to ensure the work we're involved in creates or contributes to a positive experience.
  • Build a team of diverse practitioners to perform like-work at varying levels. We're a growing team and we'll look to you to attract and manage diverse talent with the mindset and skills needed to achieve our results.
