This position reports to

SVP, Americas Service, E-mobility
Your responsibilities

  • Oversight and guide the localization and implementation of the Global/Regional service strategy across the local service unit
  • Operational and strategic leadership accountability for the U.S. EV-Charger technology services sales, account management, remote and onsite support team
  • Drive increased market share and organizational profitability within the country market
  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships throughout the country to augment sales and service coverage
  • Operate with an eye for expansion and growth

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading a complex and diverse organization with multiple roles supporting a technology customer base; In lieu of having a Bachelor's degree, over 13 years of directly applicable Service Leadership Team experience will be considered
  • Electric Vehicle (EV) charging technology service experience is a plus
  • A global creative thinking mindset with an openness to change, development and adaptability is required
  • Must possess strong business and strategic acumen
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25-35% is required (dependant on location)
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
