Drive privacy initiatives from start to finish for our operational and control oversight area of the firm's Privacy Office. Additional support for the Privacy Product and Privacy Incident Management. You will be coordinating with leads across the office to execute large initiatives with many key stakeholders. Job Description

  • Guides the team in defining future state, breaking future state into defined projects, and executing through delivery
  • Validates procedures and controls are documented and executed properly
  • Collaborates directly with the business data owners to establish their adherence to data privacy requirements
  • Assesses proposed data sharing arrangements and evaluates associated risk
  • Navigates the organization well and partners with Risk, Finance, LOB, Control, and other functional partners to identify key dependencies and deliver results
  • Manages issues and management decisions to timely resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer businesses and ability to build and strengthen partnerships across functions and locations to achieve objectives
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to resolve conflicts through broad based decision making with key stakeholders.


Qualifications, skills and abilities:

  • 3+ years with large firm level program management and key project initiatives
  • Experience in communication at the highest levels of the organization and government channels
  • Demonstrate relationships with stakeholders, communication and understanding detailed business requirements across multiple project initiatives
  • Familiarity with PII and data management concepts (experience with GDPR & CCPA a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Risk and Controls, Legal & Compliance landscapes, ensuring company-wide standards are met
  • Excellent in Power Point and executive delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Experience with complex data and technical concepts and working with technical staff as needed
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts and the rationale behind your data decisions across large executive audiences
