About the opportunity

The Vice President, Omni-Channel is responsible for coordinating all degrees of the customer center strategic direction, operational support and technology enablement to deliver a compliant and the highest quality of customer experience across all Omni-channels.

This person will lead as the company begins their transition from legacy order management to the overall Manhattan Active Omni experience. This person will work with the business through Omni-Channel development and delivery teams representing ecommerce, supply chain and retail operations.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Omni-Channel Operations to

  • Experience working cross-functionally with retail stores, fulfillment, information technology, and inventory operations
  • Own customer experience and product roadmap across Omni-channel touchpoints focusing on customer centricity
  • Manage cross-functional team relationships on an on-going basis by providing direction on vision, strategy, and meetings to unify team toward a common goal.
  • Hands on experience supporting and leading an enterprise-wide Omni implementation
  • Extensive experience developing and delivering
  • Providing support to regional leadership by observation and reviewing the performance and metrics and employ strategies to support regional needs


Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in pool supply goods or a comparable specialty retail environment with a focus on Omni channel capabilities, retail operations, ecommerce, and customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
  • Manhattan Active Omni order brokering experience- preferred
  • Change management and project management experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • You have a track record of defining, monitoring, and optimize consumer experience and business KPIs
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment
