We are currently seeking a qualified Title Administrator to work in our Irving Servicing Center. The Title Administrator will be responsible for performing administrative duties related to title management. The Title Administrator will assist in the follow up and research of title management, including following up to complete the perfected title status and researching and correcting title issues, customer correspondence, reporting, and more. The purpose of this position is to support the title management teams and processes through working through various reports, completing title-related tasks, supporting our customers in answering title-related questions, and acting as a back-up to the related processes.
Specifically, you will:
- Perform all responsibilities in accordance with the company’s competencies, compliance, regulatory and information protection requirements
- Communicate effectively and regularly via written and verbal communication for the follow-up in the title management processes
- Perform data entry throughout various processes and ensure all documentation is maintained in an organized and secure manner
- Administer title processes and lien perfection follow-up as needed
- Field inbound and outbound communication and answer title-related questions as needed
- Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders receive prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional service, including follow through to resolution
- Maintain superior relationships with our dealership partners, suppliers, and customers
- Administer other title management processes and assist the team as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in financial services or similar industry, specifically with focus in managing titles and/or lien perfection processes
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in business or related may be used as proxy for experience
- Ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Basic understanding of finance/lending
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and continue to complete daily or regular tasks consistently
- Able to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime, as needed
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Must be detail oriented and have a strong ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
