About the Role
Reibus is looking for a Tech Support Specialist that is an ambitious self-starter to become the go-to person for tech support needs at Reibus. You will be responsible for identifying the best solutions for hardware and software, day to operations and network security.

This role is for the Tech Support Specialist that wants to be in the driver's seat when to comes to the technical needs of the Reibus team!
What will you be doing?

  • Handle desktop support, provisioning/deprovisioning, and corporate infrastructure
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with video conferencing equipment/systems
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond in a timely manner to issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone/Zoom)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing and implementing new technology
  • Own, support, and cultivate new ideas/tools/projects that will improve IT for Reibus


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years relevant experience in tech support
  • Audiovisual technical support experience is very helpful
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Windows
  • Strong desktop troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Must be flexible, extremely well organized, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple prioritie s
