Honeywell Connected Enterprise is looking for a talented Director, Analyst Relations, with a strong technology industry background to lead the company's industry analyst program. The role will be responsible for end-to-end analyst relations for Honeywell Connected Enterprise, reporting into the Sr. Director, Communications. They will part of a strong team of communicators focused on elevating awareness and reputation for Honeywell Connected Enterprise and its suite of SaaS products and services. The role is based in HCE's Midtown Atlanta headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute an end-to-end industry analyst program, including deepening relationships with target analyst firms, managing evaluation processes and identifying future target reports for inclusion (such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves and IDC MarketScapes, etc.).
  • Managing in-person/virtual/hybrid briefings and events.
  • Compiling, synthesizing and reporting on key industry analyst insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business strategy and
    decisions.
  • Managing budget and measuring outcomes through analytical tools.
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams for consensus and implementation of plans.


Location: Atlanta, GA

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technology analyst relations experience
  • Experience working in a SaaS product environment
  • Existing network of business and technology industry analysts


Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications preferred
  • Previous experience in large, complex organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive programs forward
  • Creative and strategic thinker and risk-taker
  • Ability to succeed in often interrupt-driven, ambiguous and highly matrixed environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence key stake holders and work with executives
  • Winning attitude and willingness to be a brand ambassador
